Sharona Levy previously served at several CUNY institutions: Borough of Manhattan Community College, Baruch College, York College and Kingsborough Community College. Education: Ph.D., Oxford University - 1989 (Language and Literature, English) M. Phil., Oxford University - 1984 (19th-Century English Literature) B.A., Brooklyn College - 1981 (Linguistics and English) Areas of Expertise: Levy's research interests include teaching and learning with technology; developing language, literacy, critical thinking, world literature and academic reading skills with traditional nontraditional students.
