Diploma Distribution
For Current Graduates
You will be receiving additional information from the Office of the Registrar.
Digital Diplomas
Brooklyn College is now working with Parchment to offer digital diplomas for the first time. After downloading, you can share it again and again—at no cost to you. Your diploma will be sent to the e-mail address on file, so make sure your preferred e-mail address is up to date. To set a preferred e-mail address, go to your CUNYfirst Student Center, select "emails" in the drop-down list located under the personal information section, and add/set your preferred e-mail address.
- Easily share your digital diploma with employers with a secure link.
- Download the file as an image or PDF to share with friends and family.
- Post your diploma on social media, such as LinkedIn.
- Many countries recognize digital diplomas, and yours can serve as an alternative to the apostille.
For Graduates of Classes Prior to Fall 2019
- Mailing arrangements can be made with the Request for Mailing a Diploma (pdf).
- A request for a duplicate diploma (for diplomas older than one year, which have been discarded according to CUNY regulations) can be made with the Request for Duplicate Diploma (pdf). Please note that Requests for Duplicate Diplomas must be accompanied by a Request for Mailing a Diploma in order to be processed as we continue to work remotely.
Note that as we continue to work remotely, your diploma may not be mailed immediately. We average a trip to campus once every two to three weeks, at which time all requests are processed and mailed.
Students who are graduating at the end of the semester and need documentation that their degree will be conferred as proof for a job offer, higher education acceptance, internship, etc., may request a Statement of Graduation using the Registrar Request Form.
