SUMMARY:Pop-up Farm Stand
DESCRIPTION:The BCEats Farm is an agricultural classroom where we grow food and pollinator flowers. We typically distribute free produce among students and volunteers who care for the farm as well as the PHaM student club. Sometimes we have extra produce to share with the campus community at pop-up farm stands. \nOn October 15\, we are hosting our 3rd BCEats Farm pop-up farm stand from noon-2 p.m. We expect to have eggplant\, tomatoes\, peppers (sweet and hot)\, herbs\, and flowers\, and will share with as many people as possible. \nBCEats Farm is located between the Leonard and Claire Tow Performing Arts Center and Whitman Hall. \nWe welcome everyone to come check out the farm Please bring a bag to take home your produce and flowers!

Explore the cultural significance of sofrito\, its connection to family traditions\, and its journey from seed to table. Food and beverages will be served. \nThis event is open to all Brooklyn College students\, staff\, faculty\, participating organizations\, and invited guests. Space may be limited\, so registration is required. \nThe event will be held at the Tow Courtyard\, also know as the “BC Eats Farm\,” between the Leonard & Claire Tow Center for the Performing Arts and Whitman Hall.
