Our Tier 1 general service representatives can help you by phone, virtually, or in-person for general inquiries and urgent questions.
Call 718.951.5234 to get answers by phone to your general financial aid, scholarship, tuition/fee balance or refund inquiries. Staff are available during normal business hours.
The virtual Student Financial Services office is a first stop option to answer your general questions about financial aid, scholarships, and tuition /fee balance or refund
The Enrollment Services Center (ESC) is another first stop for in-person questions about your financial aid, scholarships, and account balances or refunds.
Please make an appointment with a Tier 2 advisement professional for planning and more complex situations.

Response time is one to five business days, depending on the time of year.
Complex questions may require you to make an appointment with a financial aid adviser.
