Health Clinic
The Brooklyn College Health Clinic provides free, confidential healthcare services to all enrolled undergraduate and graduate students. The clinic offers primary care, wellness services, preventive screenings, immunizations, health education, and referrals to support students’ overall well-being.

Hours
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. (last scheduled appointment at 5:30 p.m.)
- Wednesdays, 10 a.m.–7 p.m. (last scheduled appointment at 6:30 p.m.)
The Health Clinic typically remains open throughout reading and exam periods and between semesters.
While appointments are preferred for most visits, same-day appointments may be available for those with acute illnesses.
Hours of operation are subject to change based on staff availability. Note that patient care is not necessarily determined by the order of arrival.

- Evaluation and treatment of common illnesses and medical conditions
- Wellness exams and physicals for employment, internships, athletics, and other requirements
- TB screening and testing
- Gynecological care
- Psychiatric nurse practitioner/mental health services
- Pregnancy testing
- Birth control and emergency contraception
- Sexual health screening and treatment
- Immunizations and vaccinations
- Laboratory testing
- Prescription services
- Health education and wellness counseling
Cost
All clinic visits are free and confidential.
Free services include:
- Medical evaluations and treatment
- Wellness visits and physical exams
- On-site diagnostic testing
- HIV rapid testing
- Gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis screening (for eligible students)
- Most immunizations when available
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza (flu vaccine)
- Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
- Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis)
Some services may involve additional costs:
- Laboratory tests processed by outside providers may be billed to insurance or the patient.
- Certain prescription medications and emergency contraception are available at low cost.
Eligibility
Health Clinic services are available to all currently enrolled Brooklyn College undergraduate and graduate students and are supported primarily through student activity fees.
Health Education
The Health Clinic partners with student groups, classes, and campus departments to provide workshops, presentations, and educational programs on a variety of health and wellness topics.
