CUNY EDGE Tuition Assistance

Eligibility

For any of our incentives, including tuition assistance, students need to be actively engaged in the CUNY EDGE program, which includes:

• Household or student having and active Cash Assistance case
• Submission of a School Letter (HRA 154) request for the semester
• Attending workshops and advising sessions
• Keeping attendance high and reporting any absences
• Working on your career goals
• Participating in internships / Federal Work-Study / HRA Fellowship
• Staying engaged all year

In general, tuition assistance may only be awarded once during the span of the student’s academic career at Brooklyn College.  Preference will be given to seniors and students completing final requirements for graduation.

DeadlineS to Apply

Students must be registered for a class to receive funding.

• Fall 2025: Friday, August 22, 2025
• Winter Intersession 2025: Thursday, January 1, 2026
• Spring 2026: Friday, January 16, 2026
• Summer 2026: Friday, May 22, 2026
