AI in Business & Marketing: IBM Leadership Session

The CUNY AI Literacy & Professional Readiness Series presents AI in Business & Marketing, featuring Hannah Frey, Technology Managing Director at IBM.

This high-impact session explores how artificial intelligence is transforming business strategy, marketing innovation, and workforce readiness. Participants will gain insight into real-world IBM AI tools in action, ethical AI considerations, and practical applications shaping today’s competitive landscape.

Funded by the CUNY Office of Academic Affairs AI Innovation Fund, this initiative advances Brooklyn College’s leadership in AI literacy and professional skill development across disciplines. Students will have the opportunity to engage directly with IBM leadership, participate in a moderated Q&A, and earn an AI Professional Readiness Badge recognizing applied learning in emerging technologies.

This event is part of a larger CUNY-wide initiative designed to equip students with AI fluency and career-ready competencies aligned with industry demand.
