Applying AI to Enterprise Consulting: Joint CUNY–NYU Leadership Session

Brooklyn College’s CUNY AI Literacy & Professional Readiness Initiative presents a joint CUNY–NYU leadership session, “Applying AI to Enterprise Consulting,” in strategic partnership with NYU Tandon School of Engineering.

This session features Matt Lentz, Vice President at .Monks and Founder of its Enterprise Consulting Practice, who leads AI-driven operating and go-to-market transformations for Fortune 500 firms. Drawing from real enterprise engagements, he will share how AI is accelerating large-scale business problem solving and reshaping consulting workflows.
Session highlights include:
• How AI accelerates enterprise problem solving
• Structuring large-scale transformation programs with AI
• Real workflows for research, synthesis, and executive communication
• Designing AI-ready operating models

This event is part of the CUNY AI Literacy & Professional Readiness Series, funded by a CUNY Office of Academic Affairs AI Innovation Award and led by Dr. Ngoc Cindy Pham at Brooklyn College. The series equips public university students with applied, ethical AI skills directly tied to career readiness and the future of work.

This event is off-campus at NYU Tandon School of Engineering LC 400 6 MetroTech Center Brooklyn, NY 11201. It will also be virtual.

Students who attend will earn a Joint CUNY–NYU AI Leadership Badge.
