A Curricular Practical Training (CPT) workshop is an informational session provided by Brooklyn College's international student office to guide F-1 visa students through the rules, requirements, and application process for off-campus work authorization.

Optional practical training (OPT) is temporary employment that is directly related to an F-1 student’s major area of study. The Office of International Student and Scholar Services is hosting a workshop to answer your questions about OPT.
