DCAS Citywide Training Center (CTC)
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) offers a variety of courses in managerial, clerical, professional development, personal development, organizational and executive development, and technology that are specifically designed to meet the training and development needs of all New York City personnel through their Citywide Training Center (CTC). Professional Certifications are also available.
Professional Development and Learning Management Office (PDLM)
The Professional Development and Learning Management (PDLM) Office manages training and professional development opportunities designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of CUNY employees. College and Central Office employees in various positions can benefit from professional development and training sessions that present progressive and innovative workplace effectiveness tools created by some of the most celebrated thinkers in the workplace learning field.
