Admissions Requirements

Applications are reviewed holistically by the teams at Brooklyn College and St. George’s University. Some general guidelines include:

• Students should have strong high school grades in the sciences and math.
• Upon conclusion of the undergraduate program, students must maintain a GPA of 3.40 or above and obtain a competitive score on the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) within five points of the average MCAT score for entering students, which is 498.
• Students must meet all admissions criteria of SGU School of Medicine.
• Students should apply to the joint program when applying for admission to Brooklyn College.
