Last day for a 15-week semester (regular fall) student to work in an FWS position for the Fall term.

Last day for an FWS student in 8-week Session II to work in an FWS position for the Fall term.

Last day for an FWS Supervisor to submit a “Hire Request.”

Last day to submit an I-9 and NYS Labor form via the I-9 Upload form.

Last day for an FWS student in the 8-week graduate Session I to work unless enrolled in Session II.

Last day for an FWS Supervisor to submit a Job Description for Fall 2025.
