The Ethyle R. Wolfe Institute for the Humanities offers an honorarium of $150 for guest speakers in Brooklyn College classes. Independent scholars and artists are especially encouraged.
Steps to Apply
Apply for a $150 honorarium to invite a guest speaker.
- Confirm your course is eligible (humanities, social sciences, interdisciplinary, or co-meeting classes).
- Invite your guest speaker (any platform works — online or in person).
- Complete the request form at the bottom of this page.
- Wait for confirmation from the Wolfe Institute.
- Host your speaker and engage your students in conversation.
Who Can Apply
- All Brooklyn College faculty, including adjuncts.
