Brooklyn College has contracted with Ocelot, an educational information company, to provide 24/7 online financial literacy counseling. Sessions include short videos that help you digest complicated financial information easily and effectively.

How to Access Financial Literacy Counseling

  1. Visit the Brooklyn College Counseling Center.
  2. Create (register) a login (if you do not have one); otherwise, sign in with the email you used to register. If you forgot your password, select the “FORGOT PASSWORD” option.
  3. Choose the “Sessions” tab at the top of the page to view the available sessions.
  4. Start or resume a session by selecting the “Start” or “Resume” button next to the session of interest.
  5. Complete the session or return to the session later (session can take about 20 minutes).
  6. Use the knowledge you learned in the session to improve your finances.
