Now in it’s third consecutive semester,  this career-connected learning experience provides students with insight into leadership approaches and theories, including the Trait Approach, Skills Approach, Behavioral Approach, Situational Approach, Path–Goal Theory, Leader–Member Exchange Theory, Transformational Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Servant Leadership, Adaptive Leadership, Inclusive Leadership, and Followership.
