December 22, 2025 Last day for an FWS student in 8-week Session II to work in an FWS position for the Fall term.
December 22, 2025 Last day for a 15-week semester (regular fall) student to work in an FWS position for the Fall term.
December 26, 2025 FWS Supervisors can request approval through Dynamic Forms for current fall FWS employees, who are enrolled in spring, to resume work in winter.
February 4 Students not offered FWS can start submitting the appeal form for FWS spring 2026. Students should refer to the FWS Student Process Guide for details.
