Anne Lopes was appointed provost and senior vice president for academic affairs in 2018. She holds a doctorate in political science from the Freie Universität in Berlin, Germany; an M.A. in political theory from Goddard College; and a B.A. in political science from Ramapo College.
The provost and vice president for academic affairs is the college’s chief academic officer. She is responsible for establishing academic priorities and overseeing the academic units of the college.
Monthly drop-in times for faculty to easily and informally meet with the provost in person.
