Document Submission Platforms
Proverifier+
Beginning in the 2026-27 academic year, ProVerifier+ will serve as CUNY’s new student portal that allows students to electronically sign and upload documents.
NextGen Dynamic Forms
The Office of Financial Aid also uses Dynamic Forms for the secure submission of loan requests, Federal Work-Study forms, non-FAFSA–related document submission, and certain types of appeals.
To complete a specific form, click the link for that form found below. (Dynamic Forms are identified with the letters “DF” after the form name.) You must log in using your BC WebCentral username and password to access the form to view your pending forms and form submission history.

Verification and Other FAFSA Document Submission
- FAFSA Verification and select federal aid eligibility documentation is submitted through ProVerifer+
- Students who need to submit documents in Proverifer+ will have a “Verify My FASFA” To Do List item on their CUNYfirst Student Center > Tasks and Holds > To Do List
- Learn how to submit submit documents in ProVerifer+.
- Citizenship/eligible non-citizenship confirmation, first-degree confirmation, and certain financial aid history confirmation processes are completed by accessing the electronic form link to the ProED sign system in your CUNYfirst Student Center > Tasks and Holds > To Do List. Refer to the instructions there and click the link to start the document submission process.

Special or Unusual Circumstances, Homeless Youth, Parent FAFSA Refusal Appointment Request
These appeal types require an appointment with a financial aid adviser before submitting an appeal request.
