Space Request Form Rental Policies

Cafeteria

Capacity: 750

Spacious dining facility with a seating capacity of up to 750, accommodating large groups and daily food service operations.

Rental Inquiry Form

A traditional dining hall or meeting room features wooden tables paired with black captain’s chairs on a patterned gray carpet. The space is decorated with wood wainscoting and wall sconces, while small chandeliers provide warm lighting from the recessed ceiling.

Georgian Room

Formerly used as a staff and faculty dining room, the Georgian Room features classic interiors and a flexible layout.

Rental Inquiry Form

A modern office breakroom or kitchenette features a long white communal table with stools and a black countertop with a sink and appliances. The room is designed with dark cabinetry, a large stainless steel refrigerator, and a bright window wall in the background overlooking an open area.

Kitchen

Located in the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema at the Navy Yard, this 335 sq. ft. kitchen offers seating for 20 across tables and counters. It includes a Max Cold industrial fridge, mini-fridge, microwave, toasters, coffee pots, dishwasher, and sink. Basic cookware, utensils, and a water cooler are provided. Two vending machines (beverages and snacks) are also available. The space is wifi enabled with eight wall outlets for convenience.
